Financial Policy

Payment is due at the time of your service. When booking an appointment, you will be required to submit a credit card number to hold your appointment. You will not be charged until the end of your session or in the event of a late cancellation or no-show (see cancellation policy for more information). Accepted forms of payment include: cash, HSA/FSA, debit, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and I understand that life can sometimes get in the way. However, cancellations or missed appointments without adequate notice create an impact on my small business and can prevent me from helping others in need of care. To ensure I can continue to provide the best service to all of my patients, I kindly ask for 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment, except in cases of medical or family emergencies. If a cancellation or change is made with less than 48 hours' notice, or if you miss your appointment without notifying me, a cancellation fee for the full amount of the appointment will be applied to the card on file. I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping me manage my schedule and provide timely care to all of my patients.
